Current Market Rate

Exchange value calculated at current gold market rate on the day of exchange.

Higher Value Exchange

Exchange must be for jewellery of equal or higher value than your old piece.

Making Charges

Making charges on new jewellery are applicable as per current rates.

Condition of Jewellery

Jewellery should be in original condition without any damage or repair.

Is there any time limit for exchange?

No, there is no time limit. You can exchange your jewellery anytime - even after 10 or 20 years.

Can I exchange silver jewellery?

Currently, lifetime exchange is available only for gold jewellery. Silver jewellery has a 1-year exchange policy.

What if I lost my original bill?

Exchange is not possible without original bill. Please keep your bill safely for future exchange.

Can I get cash refund instead of exchange?

No, this is an exchange policy only. We do not offer cash refunds on gold jewellery.

Is hallmark required for exchange?

Yes, only BIS Hallmarked jewellery purchased from Narayan Jwellers is eligible for exchange.

Can I exchange 22K gold for 18K?

Yes, you can exchange any carat for any other carat. Value calculated based on gold weight and purity.
